"The online booking was easy and I received a text on who my instructor was, where to meet him and his phone number. Claudio (my instructor) messaged me the day before my lesson, asking me about my skiing experience and where to meet him. On the day he sent me a photo so I could recognise him. All very simple. Claudio knew all the routes and lifts, and gave expert instruction, clearly explained. He was also lovely to spend time with, which is important when you have a 6 hour lesson!!"
