The instruction and handover went quickly; all questions were answered politely.
The tank was filled for return together with the service staff, so there were no questions about the cost.
The deposit was returned without hesitation after a short check together.
I had the boat 2 separate days apart and both times it was the same procedure.

"Friendly, approachable couple are the owners of this cozy boat. Can speak good English. Make the guests happy. Small boat that can easily fit 13 people. So no mass tourism. Comfortable atmosphere. No rush. Sailed past beautiful places. Enough time for snorkeling. Skipper an experienced diver. Provided lots of fish around the boat, beautiful to see. The description of the boat trip is completely correct. Wouldn't recommend to anyone."
